Krateret Takel dhe Cozobi jane paraqitur ne kete imazh te Ceres nga anijen Dawn e NASA-s. Takel eshte krater i ri me materiale te ndritshme ne te majte te ketij imazhi, dhe Cozobi eshte krater i ashper ne qender te imazhit.
Misioni Dawn menaxhohet nga JPL per Drejtorine e Shkences te NASA-s ne Uashington. Dawn eshte nje projekt i Programit ”Discovery” te drejtorise se shkences, menaxhuar nga qendra hapesinore Marshall e NASA-s ne Huntsville, Alabama. UCLA eshte pergjegjes per shkencen e pergjithshme te misionit Dawn. Orbital ATK, Inc, ne Dulles, Virxhinia,kane projektuar dhe ndertuar anijen.
